Die aktuelle Schaubude = The Current Show

Die aktuelle Schaubude was Germany's take on the American Today Show and was a weekly German TV show consisting of a mix of music, talk, information and entertainment. The programme started broadcasting from north German station NDR station (Norddeutscher Rundfunk) on 7 December 1957, the oldest regular programme on German TV and was shown weekly until 19 December 2009. 

This was for the 1,000th edition of Die aktuelle Schaubude, hosted by Carlo von Tiedemann.

Björn sent a pre-recorded "Happy New Year" message to the audience with the others next to him and then a snippet of the Lay All Your Love on Me PROMO was shown.

This clip (without sound) used to be shown nightly in 1992 in the UK tacked onto the beginning of the "new" video for Voulez Vous which was released as a single in 1992 from ABBA Gold on the defunct channel Lifestyle Satellite JukeBox.

The message was recorded on the same set as for the When all is Said and Done and No Hay A Quien Culpar PROMOs as well as a photo session.  Frida also wore that green dress in Lite Grand i örat (programme 3 of 4) and Agnetha wore the red dress in the One of Us PROMO.
