The original video (broadcast during 1981) used an earlier version of the song which lacked Agnetha's and Frida's vocals before the guitar strums. When Polar released the More ABBA Gold video-cassette in 1993 (and ever since up to The Definitive Collection on DVD), they added a couple of extra seconds of footage taken from the No Hay A Quien Culpar PROMO to the introduction to allow for the final (longer) mix of the track.
All of ABBA's PROMO clips were filmed with 16mm cameras, although the street scenes were apparently on videotape, not film.
At the time of release, this PROMO was offered to TV stations for SEK 1,000.
