Saturday Superstore was the successor to Multi-Coloured Swap Shop, a children's TV programme. The programme's host weres DJ Mike Read and Sarah Greene and their co-hosts all moved from Multi-Coloured Swap Shop - Keith Chegwin, Maggie Philbin and John Craven.

After showing the Super Trouper and The Name of the Game PROMOs, Agnetha and Benny appeared for a short interview to promote ABBA - The Singles - The First Ten Years. They also answered questions on the phone. Benny was wearing an Arsenal football shirt.
The answer to Agnetha's question, "Who was the Swedish nightingale?" was Jenny Lind.
Björn and Frida weren't relaxing while this was happening - they were at The Dorchester Hotel doing more press interviews.
This was filmed in the morning of their appearance on The Late, Late Breakfast Show.
