Benny and Björn received a Special International Award presened to them by Tim Rice at the 47th Ivor Novello Awards in 2002.

In footage by Sky News, they were seen receiving the award from Tim Rice and in a short interview, Benny talked about a forthcoming England vs Sweden game in the World Cup giving special mention to the fact that the England team had a Swedish Manager - Sven-Goran Eriksson.

Other footage of Benny and Björn attempting (not at all well and getting the words wrong!) to sing Fernando to the audience was broadcast on The Biography Channel.
