A local Skelleftea TV company production of the full concert of Chess with full orchestra and choir featuring:

1. Tommy Körberg as The Russian (Anatoly)
2. Murray Head as The American (Freddie)
3. Judy Kuhn as Florence
4. Anders Glenmark as The Arbiter
5. Sissel Kyrkjebø as Svetlana

Benny played keyboards and Björn narrated the concert. Karin Glenmark was part of the choir and Anders Eljas conducted.

The shows were held during the Chess World Cup tournament with Karpov and Korchnoy both competing.
