Breakfast Time was British television's first national breakfast television programme, broadcast from 17 January 1983 until 29 September 1989 on BBC1 across the UK. It was broadcast for the first time just over two weeks before TV-AM, the commercial breakfast television station, started its service with the programme Good Morning Britain.

Agnetha was interviewed by a clearly-smitten Nick Ross about her new album Wrap Your Arms Around Me and later in the programme by UK DJ-turned TV presenter, Mike Smith.

Nick Ross stated she was probably one of the world's richest women but she hadn't realised that and didn't think money was that important saying it was more important to be healthy and enjoy nature etc. A clip from The Heat Is On video was shown along with a small clip of ABBA winning the Eurovision Song Contest. Astrologer Russell Grant tells Agnetha her horoscope.

She denied rumours that ABBA were breaking up saying they were resting at the moment.
