Good Morning America (GMA) is a daily early-morning series with a mix of current news, weather, special-interest stories, interviews, entertainment (including a segment called Pop News) and lifestyle features, running on channel ABC since 3 November 1975. The programme is broadcast from 07:00-09:00 across all of US time zones.

Season 8, Episode 48.

Guests are on this day:

1. General James Abrahamson (head of NASA's space shuttle program)
2. George Plimpton (journalist and writer)
3. Frida
4. Susan Bondy on personal finances
5. Richard Burton

Frida was interviewed by Joan Lunden.

I originally thought it must have been pre-recorded during her trip to the USA in September and used for this broadcast in November because she was in Germany on 8 and 11 November. However, it is known that Frida arrived in London for ABBA - The Singles - The First Ten Years celebration directly from New York, so she most probably recorded her interview a week or so before the actual broadcast, and it means this was her last activity in the USA.
