Live It Up! was a Canadian lifestyle, healthy-living, entertainment and consumer-awareness television programme, which aired nationally on channel CTV from 21 September 1978 to late 1990 weekly every Thursday for 30 minutes.
Season 5 Episode 1.
Frida was interviewed by Dan Ratter outside the studios in a high up terrace in the hotel where she was staying. Clips of the When All Is Said & Done, I See Red and I Know There's Something Going On PROMOs were shown interspersed with the interview.
This must be what she did in Canada as referred to in International ABBA Magazine No.10 as part of the North American part of her promotional trip.

ABBA'S FRIDA: Abba singer Aenniefrid (spelling or Frida makes her debut as a solo performer. Video promo tape (restricted) and interview.
BENT HANDLES: Inventor changes the shape of handles in order to correct 'ulna deviation' allowing the arm to move in a move natural and less strenuous way. He adapted handles for cookware that would benefit cooks suffering from arthritis. For athletes, he invented bent bats and tennis racquets.
