This was a daily news magazine programme following the evening news hosted by Sue Lawley (at that time).
Frida was interviewed briefly by Fran Morrison about going solo and a small clip of the I Know There's Something's Going On PROMO was shown.
According to the TV archives, a 31 second clip of an ABBA video was shown (not known which one) and a second clip of one of Frida's song (again unknown).
Frida came across as very lacking in self-confidence and seemed quite tearful - here body language did not match the "fighting talk" she had in the interview.
Frida saying she's "a very strong woman now" when her body language is screaming that's not quite the case yet. Also her cute phrase about "standing on her own legs".
