The Hep Stars self-titled album was recorded between August-December 1966 and released in December 1966.

Ten-pluggen was a music and interview 'youth' series broadcast on NRK from 12 May 1962 to 25 November 1967, consisting of 21 episodes in total.  

The Hep Stars appeared on Episode 16:

• The Hep Stars - The Birds in the Sky (while walking around Oslo (I think!)
• The Ian Campbell Folk Group (from Club 7 in Oslo) sang traditional Scottish songs
• Street interview with young people - what do they want from 1967 and their views on the Vietnam war
• Manfred Mann - Semi-Detached Surburban Mr James (BBC record)

Can anyone confirm it is Oslo in the clip?
