Benny was a guest interviewed by news anchor Claes Elfsberg in this programme about famous Swedes born during the 1940s. The programme was about the 1970s.

Benny talked about many things: feminism, growing up in Vällingby, how his interest in music began, the first record he bought (Mantovani), rock'n,roll, Hep Stars, ABBA and the Progg-movement in the 70's. He said that while he was in ABBA they had tunnel vision when it came to their work and he regretted not being more involved with politics and demonstrations at the time but he has since changed that.

Björn's interview on Hellenius hörna was shown the same evening.
