News reports showing a fabulous-looking Björn discussing his decision to investing 150 million Swedish Kronor in turning buildings on the Slottsholmen (castle island) to a new landmark in Västervik, near to where he grew up.

The buildings, although historic, had fallen into disaray. Björn's company had invested 150 million SEK to re-develop the area as "time shares", restaurants, conference centres and cafes.

NOTE: The project would end up taking 8 years to complete with the new complex opening in July 2018.
