With the magnificient Matterhorn in the background, Frida gave a full and honest account of her career starting from childhood through to the present day.
Towards the end of the DVD, Frida's friend Heinz arrived and they greeted each other.
Entertainer and restaurant owner Dan Daniell talked about Frida while she was dining with Heinz and some friends in the background.
Frida could be seen going off hiking in the mountains.
