A documentary made to coincide with the première of Mamma Mia! and the 25th Anniversary of ABBA's Eurovision win with new interviews with Björn and Michael B. Tretow. They talked through ABBA's career from the very beginning and were interviewed by Barry Barnes.

Here Michael B. Tretow, seated at Polar Music Studio, admitted that they had "50 mixes" of Summer Night City (and yet, we've only heard one of them!).

Their answers feature on the ABBA - The Interview CD which was given out to the press where you heard their voices, the idea being that, for example, a radio interviewer could ask the question as if they were doing the interviewing, and then play Björn or Michael's answer!

Note that Owe Sandstrom was also interviewed in December 1998 but his interview does not feature on ABBA - The History, only on the Interview CD.

It would appear that Michael B Tretow's new interview for this programme was included as part of ABBA - The Collection, for which Björn's interview was made c.1994.

ABBA - The History is a bonus feature ABBA Gold DVD, and excerpts are shown on screens at ABBA The Museum.
