Kristina från Duvemåla - En konsertresa till Minnesota = Kristina from Duvemåla - A concert trip to Minnesota

Swedish documentary narrated by Björn about the concert trip of the musical to America.

Benny and Björn visited the actual places used in the book by Wilhelm Möberg and Björn tolds the story of the emigrants.

Two concerts were performed, although I'm not sure which one was filmed for this programme:

1. Saturday 12 October at 8pm at the Orchestra Hall, Minneapolis, Minnesota
2. Sunday 13 October at 4pm at the Chicago Lakes High School, Lindstrom, Minnesota

There were interviews with several of the descendents of the Swedish emigrants to Minnesota and some stunning performances from the concert featuring Helen Sjöholm, Anders Ekborg, Peter Jöback and a heavily pregnant Åsa Bergh.
