Kryzz was a Swedish entertainment program on SVT that premièred on 10 January 1987 and was broadcast until 26 August 1995. It was presented by Arne Hegerfors who had a selection of co-hosts.

Frida was a guest on this edition of the programme which was co-hosted by semi-regular Björn Skifs.

Other guests on this edition included Bryan Adams and Lena Philipsson.
